This policy describes how Brokerage Bible (operated by Z AI LLC) handles your information. The service is designed to know as little about you as possible while still doing its job.
What we collect
Your name, email address, and phone number, collected at checkout. Your payment details go to Stripe and never reach us. Your portfolio information (positions, balances, and holdings) is retrieved from your brokerage through SnapTrade at the moments your briefings are generated.
What we never collect
Your brokerage username and password. You log in directly with your broker on your broker's own screen. We have no ability to place trades or move money; the connection is created with read-only permission.
How portfolio data is used
Portfolio data is retrieved shortly before each briefing, used to generate that briefing, and delivered to you by email. We do not sell or rent your personal or portfolio information to anyone.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors, each receiving only what it needs to do its job: Stripe (payments), SnapTrade (brokerage connectivity), Resend (email delivery), Render (hosting), and Anthropic (briefing generation).
Retention and deletion
Canceling your subscription removes your brokerage connection. You can request full deletion of your account record at any time by emailing us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Brokerage connectivity is handled by SnapTrade, a SOC 2 certified platform.
