These terms govern your use of Brokerage Bible, a service operated by Z AI LLC ("we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to them.
1. What the service is
Brokerage Bible sends you written briefings about your investment portfolio and the market, generated from data in your connected brokerage account. It is an informational service.
2. What the service is not
Brokerage Bible is not investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in any briefing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for all investors.
3. Read-only access
Your brokerage connection is created through SnapTrade with read-only access. The service can view positions and balances for the purpose of writing your briefings. It cannot place trades, move money, or modify your account, and our systems are built so that no such capability exists in our code.
4. Accuracy
Briefings are generated automatically from data supplied by your brokerage and market data providers. That data may contain errors or delays. Verify any figure with your brokerage before acting on it.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Billing is handled by Stripe as a recurring subscription, with any free trial disclosed at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. When you cancel, your brokerage connection is removed from our systems.
6. Your responsibilities
Keep your email account secure, since briefings contain information about your portfolio. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or resell briefings without our written permission.
7. Availability
The service depends on third-party providers (brokerages, SnapTrade, market data, and email delivery) and is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for trading losses. Our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes and contact
